I totally get where feminists are coming from when they say that you shouldn't complain about the friendzone because it objectifies women. I will say this though, I think it's fucked up that our society tells girls to stay away from shy, intellectual artistic boys because "they're secretly serial killers" and that they should want to hang out with bro-douche jocks because they're the safe ones. (which is probably underlyingly homophobic because we're saying that all men who aren't super-manly are immoral serial killers) when in reality it's the jocks that will ruffie you, and all the quiet nerds want to do is meet people and make friends. Moral of the story: don't judge a book by it's cover, and if you go out, watch your drink so that no one puts anything in it.
