You know your girlfriend is a keeper when she watches the Evolution/Creationism debate with you. That is damn awesome

I don't think I would be gonna say this until this year: I hate Valentine Day! We act kinda silly and have fun together but sometimes I feel like he doesn't care for me much. :P And I still have no idea if we're exclusive or not. Plus he can't be with me on that day with the reasonable excuse and promises to make it up for me another day. What the heck!?! I mean, I can accept for the excuse on Valentine Day (after all that day really doesn't matter to me much) but the thing he sometimes seems distant to me and doesn't care for much makes me feel like I'm not for this person and he's not really into me. Continue or leave? Any advice?

I’d like to believe i’m a good mixture of innocence and freak. But i’ve only been able to find a select few people to push my innocent side and bring my freak side out. All i want is a guy that isn’t afraid to take control and push my body to it’s limits.

I will never understand some people. It’s like they are never satisfied. You individually invite all these girls over to your house, for what, so they can all embarrass themselves fighting for your attention?

I hate seeing guys settle for any girl just for sex

All I want is for somebody to hear me. Hear that I'm struggling and tell me that everything is going to be alright. Tell me that life doesn't have to be as miserable as I perceive it to be. Almost every day I sit alone in Davie's, the classroom, or just in the hallways in general and see all the people laughing and having fun with their friends. Meanwhile, there I sit wishing I could just make one to have even the most casual of conversation with. I know what people are going to say, "Why don't you try talking to them?" if only you guys actually knew what bad social skills can do to somebody's confidence. It wouldn't be so easy to simply dismiss my problem as a refusal to socialize and give me the same generic advice over and over again. I want to socialize, but I can never say the right words to catch people's interest. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't a daily occurrence in my life. It's horrible and frustrating beyond words to be educated in everything else except people skills. I shouldn't be complaining about it, but I just don't want to end up being that guy who went through his whole college career as a miserable, lonely excuse of a person who just came to school to do their classwork and leave. That's not how I want to remember my time here, but so far that seems like it's going to be the case. I've been here for a couple semesters now, but I still feel like that scared new student who doesn't feel welcome at all around here. I just want to have people to share some good memories with and be a positive part of my life.
