I feel bad for all the art majors out there that honestly think they are going to be a relevant part of society. Your painting probably won't see a gallery, you will probably be poor. Unless you can produce award winning films, don't expect the rest of the world to think you are anything important. Art does not affect politics, or the economy, it is purely something to look at. Why it is an esteemed major here with overconfident students and professors is beyond me.

I made the confession about the national guard. I am in a branch of the military, although my branch is respected. I actually earned my uniform, whereas ROTC people simply signed a paper and were handed theirs. Unless you've been to bootcamp and seen some sort of combat, no I am not going to respect you. So, like I said, respect the uniform and at least take it off before going to the caf. You look pathetic.

I may not be in the ROTC program at UW-EC, but I am in the Army National Guard. If there is one person disrespecting the uniform, it is you. We volunteer for this. We volunteer to serve our country and state. We work hard. To wear our uniform is an honor. We volunteer for the people of the United States, including you. Out of all do respect, please do not disrespect my fellow soldiers and me.
