#6015 So I met this really cool chick the other night totally randomly on campus.
She's really cool, and we hung out with a group of people until the morning.
I love her personality, and kinda want to date her based on that. She's really smart and likes a lot of the same things I do, and she's really easy just to hang out with. I find it's easier to talk to her naturally than some other people.
But I'm not that attracted to her. She's not ugly or unattractive by any means, but I'm not sure if she is my type or if I can get over my shallow self (everyone is shallow to an extent)
Do I keep things how they are, and just hang out and have fun without any pressure or weirdness?
She's a freshman and about 4 years my youth. (Could be good, could be bad)

#6014 There's this guy who lives above me and LOVES screamo music. That's no big deal however, he screams along with it. This has been an everyday occurrence for months and has actually woken me up from a dead sleep. I want to write him a letter to be like. Hey, other people live here too. But I don't know if that's a douche move. Then again it's finals week and that bitch interrupted my nap.

#6010 So tonight I'm finishing up Star Wars Episode III. I never understood the plot of Star Wars as a kid so of course the logical point to start is the beginning. It's like watching the entire series for the first time.

I can see why the Jedi wanted to keep Anakin away from arresting Palpatine because of their relationship (sort of), but I don't see why they couldn't have at least let him go with Obi Wan to destroy General Grievous. Then, Mace Windu could have arrested the chancellor without fearing interference. I mean, with all the inner-turmoil Anakin had and given how much he wanted to go with Obi Wan, what makes you think it would be safe to keep him just a few fucking miles from where you're arresting one of his best friends who is known to be on the dark side?? Ugh.

One other thing that pissed me off is that Mace went from wanting to arrest palatine, saying "The Senate shall decide your fate," to "WE GOTTA KILL THIS MOTHERFUCKER!" The Jedi know he's a Sith Lord but the public does know that, and for the Jedi to have legitimacy in the eyes of the public they should at least prove that he's a Sith Lord instead of killing the motherfucking chancellor. The council seemed to want to rest of their laurels a bit. I can see how they got a little arrogant.

Shit, since Anakan was in so much inner-turmoil they should have brought Yoda back from Kashyyyk and assigned him to Anakin. Yoda gave him such great advice that Anakan didn't follow and probably could have used more of his guidance.

Yeah, Anakin ignored his training, but the council ignored him too. Ironically it was probably out of respect, because they thought he was the chosen one. Damnit Qui-Gon...

#6008 What ever happened to respecting other people's opinions? Someone made a post on here asking if there were any conservatives/republicans at UNT left. And then someone in the comments said "Unfortunately, I'm sure there are a lot." What the hell? I don't mind people who are passionate about what they believe in, but don't bash the people that don't believe what you do. That comment really pissed me off, and I see it all the time on this page.
