#345 My boyfriend called me fat, and it's sad because I couldn't say I'm not. I'm not huge by any means, but 5'4" and 200 lbs... Could definitely use some work. So now I'm working out every day, cut my calories down to just a bit more than the minimum to keep my metabolism from slowing down, and all my friends think I've gone anorexic and I'm doing this for the wrong reasons. I'm not changing because he thinks I'm fat, I'm doing it because the day came where I couldn't say I wasn't.
