#3495 I honestly don't feel like being in a relatioship and having sex with others is cheating at all. You're in a relatioship because you feel great affection for the other person right? And one night stands are just for fun and do not require anyone to be in love right? So as long as you're not in love with the person you're having sex with what is the problem? I think of love and affection in a completely different category from sex. I always get blasted by others for having this opinion but that's just how it is I just don't see any connection between love and sex and I certainly would not have an issue if my girlfriend were to have a random no strings attached one night stand with another guy, we are not each other's property after all and we've both had several other people and are still very happy being with each other. You can make the argument that the "cheater" may fall in love with the other person during sex after some time, but that is even more likely in a simple friendship so if anything your girlfriend making friends with another guy is more cheating than having sex with them and well, that just sounds ridiculous now, doesn't it? If more people had my mentality on this issue there would be drastically less divorce, couple fights, abuse, and the world would just be a happier place. Maybe more STD's but that would be a compromise, or it could be solved with better sex-ed. real sex-ed, none of that abstinance only bullshit they teach here in the south where they tell you that if you have sex before marriage you'll burn in hell or whatnot. In the end, that is one of the biggest reasons for this whole issue if not THE biggest.
