I'm gay, I have a boyfriend that I've been with for a year now. Back in high school, I had a lot of straight guy friends, mostly because we we're all good friends before I came out. So when i did come out they accepted me and we stayed friends, and I loved having guy friends to kick it with. Now I'm at UNT and I'm having a really hard time getting straight guy friends. I've met guys in my classes, even hanging outside of class a few times, but once I tell them I'm gay, and that I have a boyfriend, they get scared away and act different towards me. I don't understand why, because I would never hit on a straight guy, or do anything to make them uncomfortable. It's just I love my female friends, but they're too much sometimes. I wish a had a nice chill group of guy friends like back home. Plus, straight guys should know by now that a gay guy always has tons of hot single female friends. Why wouldn't you wanna be my friend?

Since being an art student is über expensive, I only agree to go on dates so they can buy me dinner.

NOT. My confession: I think there's a way to show you're with or against something, but changing your profile pic or liking that picture of Jesus or scrolling for the Devil on Facebook isnt the way to do it. If you want to complain about something, then do more than sit your ass on Facebook thinking it'll make a difference. GO make a difference.

I just went agnostic/atheist.... being a Christian has caused many problems and has made me miserable. I still believe in the possibility of God, but he would have to show himself first. It sucks because all my family are Christians and I will be looked down upon if they found out.

I'm so confused. I'm almost in love with one of my good friends here. She's prefect to me and I'd spend all day with her if she'd let me. We already hang out all the time and I've had urges to kiss her. But I think she's catching on and Idk if sh feels the same. Also I have a girlfriend that's an hour away so that might be it but still I can't help but have feelings for my friend here

Before I moved to UNT, I was surrounded by guy friends. Now that I've pretty much had to start anew since moving here, I can't even gather up the courage to even talk to a guy. It kinda sucks.
