I'm just going to share this with everybody: they have crappy toilet paper because it is recycled paper. You can only recycle paper so many times, and toilet paper is like one of the last things that can be made out of recycled paper before the pulp of the paper is completely useless. This doesn't make it less comfortable when you use it obviously, but maybe this eases your mind a little.

BTW, someone posted about dyson dryers in the BLB, and I could understand the argument for being to cheap to buy paper towels, but niggaz be wasting shit tons of paper, printing a "cover sheet" every time you print in the BLB, so that shit ain't real.
