I thought Kenny should have won the talent show :/ But the people that won did great, too.
Kenny, you're a handsome guy, seem funny, and are very talented. :3

My significant other already knows this, but I have this weird thing where when I meet someone and I'm attracted to them, they happen to be Jewish. I hate it, because it feels like I have a fetish for Jews, but I don't. It doesn't help that I can speak pretty decent Hebrew and know my way around Talmud, but I can't tell people because all of this sounds creepy and fetishistic, but it isn't my intention at all and i'm petrified of the idea of being branded as such.

These confessions are all quite odd. One might ask, "Is this a happy or possibly frustrated campus?"- Now, I'm not going assert that this type of assessment is accurate, because it's simply a generalization, but I will say that such an observation might offer itself as fairly peculiar. These posts string together in an almost, I apologize for the strong word, psychotic manner. Just take a look at really any number of them and there will almost inevitably be some series of catharsis in a broad sense (i.g. hating a certain group or type of people, despair about one's unfulfilled desires, complaints, whining, yelling, accusing, etc.) Now, while I am certainly no psychoanalyst, and even less so a researcher of anonymous campus confession pages, I do find the level of vitriol within UNT commentary to be noticeably more frequent than that of many other college confessional pages. Where is the laughter? Where are the playful posts? I acknowledge that they are not missing, because they are on the wall, but I'm emphasizing the fact that something almost always seems to be at stake in these posts. There is, or appears to be, a recurring stance of conviction and usually a following attempt of redemption and/or vindication. Half of the time, when I'm skimming these posts, I feel like I'm back on campus by the free speech area, which is really more akin to a free insult area. In a word, what I'm getting at, is the lack of playfulness, or rather, the over abundance of violent gestures. So, instead of letting myself fall into having to decipher the possible interpretations of this behavior, as I've already performed my task, ill leave it up to y'all. What does this tell us, if it tells us anything, about the UNT community?
