#5551 So I had this amazing idea: instead of complaining about people in class or in your dorm or apartment or whatever why not just try and have a civil conversation with them? If that doesn't work you can always take it higher to the professor or RA or TA or whoever else is the higher authority.

Also don't say this never works, when I was a freshman I had an incredibly crappy roommate and I talked to him civilly and that fixed 80% of the problems.
