When you care about someone, you aren't supposed to do nice things for them in order to get anything in return, but sometimes when I'm having a really bad panic attack and I end up saying accidentally mean things I wish that my friends would do the same thing for me that I do for them when they are freaking out and getting pissed off at me for trying to help. I tell them it's okay, even if I'm mad, I stick around until they feel better no matter how much they are hurting me, but it seems like none of them can do the same for me. They just get angry at me an increase the guilt I would already have for being a dick to them.
