I've been trying to get this job at the university for a long time. The problem is that I know a lot of the people who could potentially hire me and to avoid favoritism i feel like they're actively discriminating against me. I really want the job and I more than meet every qualification. I've tried so long to prove myself to these people and no one cares. I'm just tired of this bullshit.
