I'm a girl and I love to lift. I think it's so silly how girls are afraid they will get bulky if they lift heavy. Not possible without performance enhancing drugs, ladies! Muscles are sexy. not to mention the awesome mental rush you get that cardio just can't reach. Where are my fellow female lifters? It seems so hard to find friends that I have alot in common with. I'm not a shallow person, just a more mentally alert, energetic, and healthier one! Im tired of being judged for not wanting to drink or smoke, or being told that diets don't work. Bitch, im not on a diet, I'm on a lifestyle! I gotta eat like a horse to maintain muscle too... Just healthy food though. Why is this looked down upon?
