So my girlfriend makes me feel completely inferior to her in most ways. If even say she wears the pants in our relationship. I'm an athletic guy who looks masculine. Should I be bothered by the fact that she "wears the pants" more than Ido? Or should I just accept it? (4/12/13)

All these confessions about how boys and girls feel about life (and each other) is ...trivial at best... the real confession, the one deep down? It's already in all of our hearts... Is... UNT, you need to know there is an unspoken "fuck you," to the hills that exist on campus. Doesn't matter if you're walking or cycling (which I do, frequently, to class), whoever decided "Oh, here are the biggest hills in Denton, this is great, let's build our campus here." All I can think when I ride to class is, "La-di-da it's 8:30 in the morning, what. is. this. shit."

I keep seeing confessions about guys being too scared or nervous to talk to a cute girl then guys commenting "man up", "don't be such a pussy", "grow some balls" and whatever else. I know most of the time the guys are just scared of rejection and what not but some guys could have undiagnosed anxiety. I'm a muscular guy who catch girls looking at me from time to time but at one time when I seemed like "a pussy" according to here by not talking to cute girls, I would be freaking out on the inside with a rapid heart rate, have sweaty palms and other symptoms. If a cute girl would come talk to me I'd get shake voice and sound really awkward then just scare them off. I could talk to any guy or any girl I didn't immediately find attractive and would be fine. Then my Doctor diagnosed me with "social anxiety" and prescribed certain medications. I can now walk up to any girl and have no problems whatsoever. So for all the guys that come on here and immediately assumes the guy's a "pussy" or tells him to "just man up", I hope they realize that it may be a little more serious than just being scared. If any of the guys who posted those "confessions" read this and have the same symptoms I said earlier, go ask your Doctor if they think anxiety medication could help you too.
