It seems like all my guy friends who are "single" and hit on me turn out to have GFs !!!!

I go to UTA, and I think UNT girls are hot.

To the people who hang outside of my french class every Monday and Wednesday in the language building, shut up! You're there before class starts and after I leave, what are you doing except being loud and annoying?

Always be grateful. Are you sick? Thank God or Satan or Darwin or Big Bird or whoever you worship that you're alive. Do you have a broken heart? Thank the object of your worship that they are leading you to the person who will love you forever. Don't like school food? Be grateful that you aren't hungry. Is your roommate the devil incarnate? Be grateful that you're getting an education. Somebody disagrees with you? Be thankful that we have relatively free speech. Someone always has it worse! Stay cautious enough to lead a happy life but don't forget to LIVE and know that a positive attitude can make even a rainy day sunny :D

I am a freshman in the College of Music, yet I am part of one of the most prestigious ensembles that any music major can be a part of. I have been complimented by students and professors alike for my participation, and that's just the beginning of why I enjoy it. I still am not sure how I got in.

Now maybe I'm being ungrateful for saying this, but being a member isn't enough for me. I really wish I had a friend in the ensemble. I'm surrounded by mostly graduate students, and I feel very small around them. I always feel as if they don't want me there, either because I'm not quite as experienced or because I'm different and just don't belong. I always hold my own really well according to the conductor, but I just can't shake these feelings of being alone and looked down upon by the higher tier players. I think if I had a friend it would really help me, but I'm just not sure if that'll ever happen.

April 25th could be my last concert with them. I've enjoyed it thus far, but I really wish I had someone to share the memories with.

I'm upset that there are so many college students that still don't understand elementary grammar. Seriously, learn the difference! There, they're, their. You're,your. To, too, two. Then, than. It's, its. Above all: know when to use good or well. Please prove that the degrees earned at UNT produce educated students.
