I live in a suburban part of dallas that is not the safe, white suburbs (but still far from the ghetto) and I seriously hear cars driving by at top speed with engines revved as loud as possible, as often as possible. I always hear one car at a time and it seems like 20 minutes never goes by without hearing it. It just makes me think there's either way too many dumb drivers who need to chill the fuck out, or there is a hit on me and thee cars are doing this on purpose to send a message.

I recently started a metalcore band based out of Lewisville (10-15 min south of Denton) and I'm looking for someone to play lead. We already have all vocals, drums, bass and rhythm guitar covered but need somebody who can not only fulfill basic lead guitar duties, but shred solos like Tony Pizzuti of The Word Alive. Influences include Oh Sleeper, The Devil Wears Prada, Make Me Famous, I See Stars, Asking Alexandria, A Day To Remember, and August Burns Red. Know that this is a serious endeavor, we fully intend on touring within the next couple of years, but right out of the gate we have plenty of professional contacts that many other bands in the genre do not (and they may surprise you).
