As a girl on her period who's trying to study for midterms in the library, I would just like to say:
SHUT THE HELL UP. And no, don't tell me to go somewhere else. This is the fucking library. A place for quiet study time. Not to hear you talk about how many times you had to redo an assignment, not to talk about how your professor said you're irresponsible because you didn't inform him that you never got an e-mail, and NO ONE CARES ABOUT ANYTHING YOU'RE SAYING. SHUT UP AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK. I SEE LOADS OF IT THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.
Ok sorry I just needed to get this out somehow besides yelling in their faces because I was honestly very close to doing that but didn't want to make an even bigger scene because there are also other people here trying to study.

GROSS. I had to move. I couldn't concentrate because I was disgusted!! I am just grossed out by bugs and still a bit flustered by my ladybug(s) encounter! :(

I'm a straight, white, Christian and honestly, I would be truly thrilled to see gay marriage become legal in this country. Everyone should be able to love whomever they want. Love is such an amazing experience and anyone who finds it should be able to embrace it without being judged. Love is love, people.

My biggest problem with everyone disagreeing is that we're all FIGHTING over LOVE. Isn't that a little ironic to you? We're arguing over who gets to benefit from something that is so magnificent AND that is available to everyone. Love isn't a natural resource that we're going to run out of...it's available to all and should be, without having to pay the price of such harsh discrimination. So what if a gay/lesbian couple wants to get married? How the hell does it affect your life? It does not, nor should it. It doesn't affect the way you drive to work, it doesn't affect what meal you or your wife prepares for dinner, it doesn't affect the pajamas you wear to bed. (sorry for being a little corny on the examples) I don't understand why people make such a negatively big deal over love- something that is wonderful and should be spread by everyone. All I want to see is peace and love. If not soon, at least by the time I have kids. I don't want my children to grow up in such hatred and discrimination.
