Help is appreciated from anyone who's been on either side of this situation... my boyfriend says he's fat. My boyfriend is NOT fat. He's not the skinniest or most buff, but he's certainly not overweight either. I love his body but he puts himself down for it and it tears me apart. Do I ask him to exercise with me? I don't want to yell at him and tell him to quit complaining about his weight or anything like that and I don't want it to sound like I'm the one who wants him to change...I only want him to change if changing (losing weight) will make him the happiest he can be. Like I said, I love his body and I really do love him. But it hurts when he beats himself up. Maybe he just needs a little more of a confidence booster??? Helpful comments only, please.
