I've typed over twenty confessions...do I need an intervention?

I have this friend whom I have been best friend's for years with. We became really close during the time she needed it most. Her mother and grandfather died on the same day last year. It was her Senior year. Both of them left her two houses, allowed for college to be paid for, monthly allowances, a car of her own, and over $200,000+ money that will be distributed out over the course of her life.

I feel that she is blowing her money that her mother left for her. She blew the $10,000 with in two months by going out to eat nearly every day.

I try to push her everyday to be all that she can be but I feel like this isn't working anymore. Before her mother passed, I promised that I'd look out for her. She was almost close to not graduating from High School. She doesn't call me anymore and I feel like she feels, that she "on top of the world." because she has all of this money and materialistic things her mother left.

Well...today, has taken a turn for the worse, she gave my her PC to use for college (which was nice on her account). She has Photo Stream enabled on the computer, meaning, any photo she takes with her iPhone will appear on my computer. I came across some nudity pictures. I hope she isn't sending them out to anyone and I realize that she is nearly grown and I'm six months younger.

At the time of graduating high school, I bought her this ring. I just feel like this friendship isn't what it used to be because I see her falling right before my eyes. It's sad because I don't want to lose my best friend. What should I do?

I have already confronted her about her behavior (not the pictures because she doesn't know that I know about that yet).
