Is there a group or club for Tech students who support Donald Trump? I want some like minded people to discuss his policies with instead of constantly being bombarded by people who just spew whatever John Oliver told them to think and can't actually back up their criticisms.

I confess that finals are a pain! to much work and not enough time to do it in. On top of that is deciding what to do during the summer....Does anyone know of any apartments for rent near campus or anybody looking for roommates?

I didn't get into grad school. I've got a great gpa, contacted potential advisors and met with them at a national conference, impressed them, and still didn't get in. I have industry experience and have had internships, but no REU experience and I think that's what threw me out of the running at one school. At the other, I got beat by applicants who already had master's degrees. I've witnessed some of my friends getting into grad school that don't have two majors and haven't worked as hard as me. I know it's not right, but I can't help but internalize it and think I'm just worthless and too dumb to pursue grad school. My other friends who aren't going to grad school already have jobs lined up at companies with good reputations and I can't find anywhere to hire me. I feel like such a fuck up sometimes and like I'm not good enough for grad school or deserving of a good job. Lately I feel like a waste of space and like the world would be better off without me.

The ladies in 320 of the english department are so rude. Sat in there and witnessed them mock and doubt two students after they left. I was only in there a total of 10 minutes so that really shocked me. What a shitty thing for a staff to do.

Just got hit up by the girl walking around campus asking for money for the homeless/hungry/helpless kids in a foreign country. Also just was told it is a scam.... Pretty upset if so.

I have a gf who i've been with for almost 2 years, and on the weekends(every other, we alternate)she travels to Cookeville to stay with me. My roommate is rather religious although it's never been an issue before. He just recently told me she can't sleep in the same room as me anymore. He says I had to prepare a spare bedrooom for her. Am I in the wrong?Technically he is the landlord, but we make no fuss or cause any problems by doing this, even he admitted. Does he have the right to do that?
