I have a 2 bedroom townhouse located off 12th street across from TTU. Rent is 262.50 per person plus split internet and electric. My current roommate Rachel just graduated and is moving back home so I need to fill her spot. I'm a 22 year old male with a 4 year old daughter who visits me often, I prefer to room with a female because I feel more comfortable bringing my daughter around. She's moving on the 22nd so I need to have someone signed on before that day then first months rent will be due July 1st and the lease only runs through December so 6 months. I'm not interested in anyone who will be having a lot of company in and out or parties/drugs of any kind.
