#15840 Honestly I have no idea why "african american" is considered less offensive than "black." To me, it insinuates that you're not entirely American if you're black, which is stupid because I don't know many black people who've even been to Africa, or who have close ancestors who lived there. I'm not Irish American. They're not African American. We're all just American.

People forget that the whole "body weight insecurity" thing is not just for the girls with a little extra curve. People (not just women but men too), love yourself. And while you're at it, love each other. Sometimes it's not as simple as "eat more if you don't like how skinny you are" or "eat less if you don't like how big you are." Don't put others down and choose your words carefully.
