#16028 I guess I'm kinda scared. I feel as if I'm sick, but I don't know how to describe it. I have no energy, I can't fall asleep and I can't get out of bed. Everything aches all the time so exercising is a hell of a lot harder than it was a few months ago. I feel like at times I can't breath, and I also notice sharp pains not in my lungs, but around them. I don't know who to talk to about this because I don't want my friends or family freaking out.
