#16076 I confess that I get alot of enjoyment by making cars wait on me at the four way stop in front of the library. I love walking a little slower and making eye contact with the driver as they wait for me to cross. I do this because unless you are handicapped, there is no reason to ever drive through there. You navigate the perimeter, find a reasonable parking lot in relation to your class, and walk your lazy ass to wherever your going. This especially goes for those who park at the bottom parking lot at the UC. Again, unless you are handicapped, there is no reason to ever park there. Are you that much of an asshole( and yes you are an asshole for driving through there, more so than I am for making you wait)that you can't walk the five minute walk to get there. Also, since its not a good post unless there is a little racism, heres a shout out to my arab friends. You are all terrible drivers, every one of you. It wouldn't be as bad if you would just roll up your windows, that way no one has to hear your shitty music. But that would be safety hazard because your cologne wouldnt have an escape and you would pass out at the wheel.

#16068 I don't know why everybody is talking about Ferguson. I agree that murder is a horrible crime regardless of in uniform or not. Regardless, this should not be a race issue. Its always a race issue. And you know who makes it that? The media and anybody looking for a reason to draw attention to their news station. Look, regardless of what side your on in this debate on cop murder we all need to realize that there is more to worry about. Television is all for profit and regardless if the "facts" are right or wrong they make money off of it. Michael Brown could have been good or bad but of course the media is going to paint the image that he was immaculate. Guys if you want to make something of the world we all need to stop being political activists and work together. The world can be something beautiful but look at what we're making it. Its tarnished with a hatred of all mankind in some way, shape, or fashion. Hispanics are hated because of their close culture and gang activity but look in any study of most South American cultures and you'll find their distrust for outsiders or foreigners. Africans are mostly judged by their superior work ethic over time. They were skilled hunters and gatherers and yes slavery put a damper on their spirits. However, the struggle made every slave complacent. Slave families have relied on Uncle Sam since the end of the Civil War. Middle Easterners are judged by their religions and their strong faith. Asians are judged based upon their warrior, reckless nature. Whites are judged because they were given better opportunities for success. Still all of us having the innate ability to see every stereotype, we fail to correct it. We fail to fix the problems. I challenge every person who reads this today to look past what you see on the outside and to look for the story on the inside of a person. The more you get to know people the more you realize how similar we all actually are.
