#16474 So I was studying upstairs in the library and I'm watching this guy and girl studying. The girl looks at the guy and timidly asks "So we're dating, right?" to which he replies "...I have a girlfriend." She tried to cover it up with a lot of nervous laughter but oh man I almost lost it.

#16475 I find myself in the same dating shitstorm quite often. I'm a 24 yr old guy. I don't much like ambiguit, so I try to be straightforward with these girls about my feelings and intentions but recently I've started to get the idea that it makes me come off too strong or attached or whatever the hell else. [the last girl I dated more than 3 weeks was in 2007/8] I'm just trying to give them what (supposedly) every girl says they want. But what do I know? I'm just trying the best way I know how and it's disheartening that no one cares to notice.
