#1013 So I've been having major stress problems that have started manifesting themselves physically. I've finally come to the realization that maybe I should see a counselor, because living like this is hell, but I'm also very short on money (which admittedly is the cause of most of my stress.) Has anyone been to the southeastern counseling center? I've had a few people tell me they're not very competent, but I can't afford to go else. Is it worth trying?

Omega- I have talked with several people who've gone and heard very positive things about it. The thing about counseling is that you have to go consistently with an open and determined mindset- counselors are there to guide you and you have to find your own answers. BTW if you have a decent health insurance plan there are non-SLU counselors that you can see for a small co-pay. Hope you get well soon, good luck!
