#1057 So I was parking today, and I misjudged the distance between me and the car next to me and ended up scratching the rear end of the car. The girl who it belonged to wasn't mad and said not a big deal, said she had a friend who could fix it, but I still fell aweful. I even offered to pay for the damages and the repair costs if her friend charged her, but she refused. Way to go asshole, you fail at being a Good Samaritan and you fail at being a gentleman to a cute girl :(.

Hey Smith- hows about before you go and buy up all the properties in Hammond- you take care of the properties you already own, motherfuckers?!? Many of their complex units are disgusting and/or neglected af and they pay hardly any time to tend to even their "higher-end" units.

If you're looking to move to Hammond to go to school and you're considering Smith Properties, you might as well consider that $600 deposit you and your roommate are going to split as a down payment to a bunch of fuckassery, because they going to FUCK YOUR ASSSS.
