#7218 I am a senior graduating in less than a months time and I confess that though I'm super stressed right now writing my final papers and assignments that I know in maybe 2 months time, once the glory of not having school work wears off, that I will be so supremely bored not having anything to do. That scares me a little, but not as much as my future.

#7162 I confess that I'm a graduating senior but I feel like a failure. I'm thankful that I had the opportunity to earn my degree but my field required higher education, and that's where my goals start to diminish. I am a smart student, but at the beginning of my college career, I slacked off a lot and my GPA suffered severely. Since then, I was able to pull it up, but not enough to my liking. Grad schools generally require a 3.0 but I'm pretty short of that with a 2.3. My parents are excited that I plan on continuing my education but with a crappy GPA, I don't see how that's realistic for me. I feel stuck and have been depressed about it for sometime. I want to fulfill my goals of getting my masters but I don't want to be the laughing stock of slu and the schools I apply for, when I ask my professors to write a letter of recommendation and submit my application. Any advice would be helpful...
