I confess I am overweight and out of shape, but I don't want to be. I've been chubby ever since I hit puberty and never really lost the extra weight that came with it. I am 5'3" and around 190. I don't mind sweating or eating healthy, but i just don't know where to start. Im a broke ass college student so no gym membership in my future. So what are some good exercises & meals that can set me on the track to a healthy me?

#113 House of Cards came out. I have been dying to binge watch HOC since last year when the last season came out. Now that I'm watching it I want nothing more than to binge it with someone. No one in my family watches it, none of my coworkers.... no one. It really cuts down on the enjoyment when you cant talk to anyone about what you're passionate about.

I confess that I truly miss a simpler time. A time with no internet or instant gratification. No cell phones to text and face book stalk whoever you please. Where you actually have to work to earn another person. Not send a few texts and get laid. Maybe it's just me.
