I thought I liked her but I went to an internship this summer to California and I met several other great girls here who are pretty awesome and opened up my prospects to how great california girls are. I lost all of my feelings for her by being out here and seeing the variety of girls here, however I haven't told her that. Is there a way I can maintain some sort of relationship with her when I come back in case I regain the feelings back? I probably won't be back to California for a while and I would like something to fall back at while I'm here.

I guess I might as well tell the whole truth and mention that I looked at his profiles on social media and watched video footage of him and can confirm he is a decent individual with a heart, not some raging controlling asshole. If I were a female, I would be lucky to date him (as weird as that sounds). No sarcasm. I'm guessing he might've found out about how I molested a family member when I was 14-15 who ran away from home and almost never makes contact anymore and that could be the main thing he was responding to. I have since changed my ways, and maybe we will have a heart to heart one day, but it's not like I can confront him or sis as though he's in the wrong. It is completely normal to be disgusted and angry towards someone like me. I just figured the past would be the past and that would be that, but karma is coming to collect it seems.

I found this to be odd since I haven't even met him yet and am fairly close w/ my sis, and said I was looking forward to meeting him.
