#24224 I stopped whining about my nonexistent love life because I realized I was MAKING myself miserable by dwelling on it all the time, and I usually make poor decisions relationally when I am wallowing in misery.
I still have no ladyfriend to spend time with, but now that I have shifted my focus I can better enjoy the time I have with the friends I DO have.
Don't know if that's a proper confession or not, so here's one: I don't like DC or Marvel comics. The movies are usually pretty cool (though could they please stop rebooting spiderman?), but I can't stand the flat, bland, dull, lifelessness I get from the comics. That and the implication that if I want to grasp the full depth of a character, I have to chew my way through hundreds of volumes of back issues, and spinoffs. Ugh.
