Self-worth and self-respect are two things that, in my opinion, come from within the individual. You will never enjoy life if you become engulfed in the expectations of others, and never learn to accept yourself. Again, all this is just my opinion, nobody is entitled to agree, but I could swear that this page, which is for anonymous 'confessions,' is not the right place to be posting about suicide (which I believe should be said instead to a licensed therapist).
