#24801 I have noticed that if I cook my meals, even the supposedly unhealthy ones with cheese etc, is much better than eating supposedly healthy meals in the restaurants. This way I can indulge in guilt food also by cooking it myself and still stay fit.
SO I guess if you want to loose weight then start cooking yourself without thinking too much about fats/carbs/protein. And replace sugar with natural sugars like raw honey/ dates/ stevia etc. Enjoy a healthy living !!
