We'd have gun toting good ole boys seising random government buildings, terrorizing colleges, etc. I'm still friends on facebook with a couple people who voted trump and they literally post shit like, "lol when has a protest solved anything, if you really want to get something done you've got to use your second amendment right and overthrow the government" or something stupid like that. (Can't remove them, because they're close to my last internship's boss) Then a couple days later post about how trump is our president and we should support him, bla bla bla. Isn't that hypocritical? Or is it just me?

Why in 2016 do we need to strictly go by rules written with quill pens by old-ass men (many of whom owned slaves) so long ago? #25417 To the guy that mentioned using the support and advocacy centers available to help me get over and move on from my sexual assault, let me assure you I have been working with them on doing just that. In fact I spent several hours today alone in one of those very centers, but the thing about PTSD is I don't control it. That's impossible to do, triggers aren't something I choose, they where chooosen for me the day one man took away my right to say no and the will affect me for the rest of my life.

When it comes to politics, there are some of us that are socially liberal and fiscally conservative. Because of this split, I usually lean my vote towards Republican and here's why.

It's a dog-eat-dog world out there. I would be lying if I said that I care about anyone outside of my family/friends. I honestly don't care how you feel or your position in life if it does not immediately affect me in some way. I care more about my position, the money I make, the things I have, etc. Call me egotistical, narcissistic, or whatever else. It won't change the fact that I want what is best for me, even if it is at someone else's expense!
