I wonder if I have anyone who truly cares about me, because despite being absent from many of my friends lives, not a single one had wondered how I've been doing. In weeks.

And I'm a train wreck. Can't sleep, can't eat, and no one notices. I understand everyone has their own lives to worry about, but why do I care about so many people and show them frequently that I do, only to not have the same treatment in return?

I'm hoping I can make it through this, because it's definitely not getting easier.
