#26560 Ok so this kindof embarrassing but I could use some advice, and it's tied into a confession so fuck it why not. My question: how well do you need to know someone if you want to ask them to a formal? I can at least talk about classes and makes jokes around them but we don't hangout outside of a mutual club. But they added me on Facebook so that means something right? :^) We both went last year but in different groups; I'm not so much scared of getting rejected as I am of making things weird or dramatic in the club we're both in. It's not really meant to be romantic either, they're just attractive and... yeah.

Confession: I was bullied a lot in middle school and early high school and I'm terrible at social situations. I'm not necessarily worse off than when I started, but there are a lot of things I've never experienced because I misread everything to be potentially embarrassing or dangerous.
