If they want it, they should pay full market value for it and since it will be a res hall they should pay more since itll have a different zoning classification. Religion causes more harm than good, before anyone tries to say Christianity does less harm than islam they should take a good hard look at not only Christianities history but also the terrorist and rebel groups in subsaharan africa or the acts by religious zealots here in the US like shooting up PP, killing doctors or blowing up the FBI building in OKC. This is a public university, we need to maintain a staunch separation of church and state and simply transferring the property to st toms erodes that separation regardless of how small it is.
