#27529 I was driving on Northwestern headed to WalMart and saw one of the houses right next to the street was moving and had a moving truck parked in one of the lanes. It took up an entire lane but it didn't have any other area to park. And the traffic in that area was very light so didn't affect traffic very much. A cop drove by and noticed this and decided to pull up not behind but next to the damn truck, stopped and flashed his lights. Now Northwestern has two lanes, and this dumbass cop thought it would be a good idea to stop this truck from taking 1 lane by pulling next to the truck and blocking both lanes stopping traffic altogether. Yeah that makes total sense. #CopLogic
