Literally, jobs that require no technical skills are paid a measly minimum wage - it stings me, considering how even my friends in other Big 10 schools get paid MUCH better. Not enough? Our technical job postings also get paid barely above minimum. I can't understand why they don't compensate better. I know its all supply demand but its silly to think we can sustain ourselves on these pennies.
