#27647 The more I deal with people and watch shows the more I realize it's all useless. People don't tell you what they really think, and when they finally do you never get a chance to get your side of the story across to them. Usually, it's something they don't know that can change everything but so much time has passed by that the issue is no longer important for discussion, but the effect lingers. I had a friend that was frustrated at her work because a coworker didn't do his job well and creeped her out. I asked her "did you send him an email with all complaints before going to your supervisor?". Being the Average indirect robot she said no because it wouldn't be PC to say it directly she said no. I told her "lol it's your problem then, that's what happens when you don't let people fix and explain themselves in a timely manner. You focus too much on office politics to make actual progress at work." She got mad but eventually agreed. But what's funny is that this environment allows people who BS, manipulate and take people's jobs to get ahead (like Steve Jobs, But as always God rest his soul).
People, stop being complicated and indirect. Funny thing, I got through Purdue by manipulating the quirks of how people biologically operate. Function please work properly lol.
Side note:
For the same reason, newly-adult women have a high propensity to be attracted by cheaters, liars and players. They know how the politics of it all work, and makes them realize that morality is worth nothing so they stop focusing on it.

#27644 So this girl is cheating on her boyfriend by sleeping with me. We are just sexually attracted to each other, and I have always known she has a boyfriend. Am I as bad as her?

#27643 School starts on Monday, and I have switched to a Master program from PhD recently. I'm wondering if anyone is willing to study together with me during the semester. We do not necessarily have to have the same/similar/related majors and study the same subject; you can be engineer and I can be economist. I just want to sit in the library or somewhere else together and do our own stuffs and talk and have food together sometimes. You can be an undergrad or grad and just willing to be my study partner.

#27642 I switched my major twice already but I'm thinking about switching again, but at the same time, I just want to graduate on time. It sucks b/c I'm not good at or passionate about anything.
