#27669 I've realized that I have no friends. I had a two hour gap between my classes and sat near the engineering fountain. I realized that there were maybe 15-20 students just sitting by themselves on their phone or laptop and couldn't help but wonder that I can't be the only one who feels lonely yet everyone feels more comfortable isolating themselves than trying to start a conversation with someone. I just wish that I could have the courage to be the change to be able to go up to someone and make a new friend. Why does society dictate that it is not normal to do this and instead we are better off glued to our phones?

#27665 So my counselor pointed out that getting involved with a club on campus would be a good way to deal with some of my mental health difficulties. The idea of a dance team came up as a good way to be physically active and involved at the same time. But I'm a junior now and I've never danced before, and I'm not particularly good at it either.

Does anyone know a good club I could start with? I thought about some of the cultural-ish one's, and they all seem intimidatingly good.
