#28361 Today's National Coming Out Day, but I still can't bring myself to tell anyone that I'm bisexual, so many bi people aren't believed, and others face the prejudice that a lot of LGBTQ+ people face and are just cut off or treated as sub-human. I'm comfortable with myself, but how do I get comfortable enough with others to tell them about myself?
(P.S. I've tried CAPS but due to their 12 session limit and their past recommendation of regular frequent care, the care manager won't even admit me back so I can't make any appointments, and I don't have the money or transportation to go off campus, so I'm stuck without a professional to help guide me.)

#28359 I have so many trust issues, it is crippling my ability to associate with people. Time and time again, I get burned by people I thought were my friends, and they come back and just backstab me, and throw me right under the bus. I don't know what to do anymore. I just go about my life thinking about who the next person to throw me under the bus will be. Getting to the point where I feel like I can't tell anyone anything anymore, and I just do everything alone. I just keep my thoughts to myself, and go about my business. Seriously people, if you have a die hard friend you can trust, or even a SO for that matter, do whatever you can to keep them in your life. Because currently, I don't.
