#28793 For people who are against stricter gun control, what is the solution to cutting down mass murder by guns? The only suggestions I've heard are give everyone guns or do nothing.
Also, anytime a tragedy happens like the one in Texas, I tend to hear a lot of, "This isn't the time to talk about gun control". So when is the right time?

Confession: I have been the person who has said "thoughts and prayers" in response to these type of tragedies. I know it's not enough, but I'm at a loss of what more I can do.

#28792 As an international student, I am thankful for everything America and Purdue has offered me. I had the opportunity to fire a gun at shooting range and it was such an amazing experience. Quite addictive too. Back in my home country, it is illegal to own any firearm bigger than a .22. There are civilians in America who own better firearms than my country's armed forces LOL (kinda sad too).
