#28893 I am really thinking of banning social media. I firmly believe that it is one of the factors which worsens a person's depression. We may go on instagram and Facebook see pictures of our friends and peers and feel that they are so happy in their lives and we are so depressed. People aren't that happy as they seem in pictures, we all got problems. But we do get an illusion that their life is better than ours. What say boilers?
