The problem is, when I say anything about not being fine I get this look like I should be fine and that I don’t have anything to complain about in my life. This is not a pitty post. I am asking one simple thing. If you tell someone that it’s ok to not be fine you need to believe them when they tell you that not everything is fine.

I have hypomania which is awesome af. But the depression is sometimes so overwhelming that even the meds don't feel like they work (ik most meds are preventive and when I get in my low phase then it's too late and it's time for anti depressants). It's still pretty shitty :/
