#5684 My goodness, there is so much negativity in the world. And to be perfectly honest, I don't understand why. Life is beautiful. It's grand, it's amazing, if we give it the chance. There is so much good in the world that people just don't see. I'm not naive, per say. I know there's a whole lot of bad out there in this crazy world, but we don't have to add to it, folks. It blows me a away how we as a people love to dwell on the bad. It makes me really sad anytime I see a nice guy gone bad, or someone talking about how people should die. Life is so much more complex than what they're giving it credit for. And I'd just like to say I'm not some bombastic, super friendly guy. I'm a stupidly shy guy who cannot seem to talk to anyone that I don't already know pretty well, which doesn't make much sense. I'm a screw up, and weird as all get out and a lazy bum, and about as charming as a metal sign, and am absolutely no good with girls, but gosh darn it, I'm me. And I'm not going to give that up and become a jerk to get girls that are attracted to that confidence (by the way, that's what it is guys. It's not the fact that they're jerks, it's the confidence that comes along with that personality. Emulate that, not the rudeness to girls. No one needs more of that). Because I know that I'm looking for someone that will love me, not love what I've made up to try and capture them like some sort of trophy. They're people. In fact, we're all people. We seem to forgot that sometimes. People are people. and they will always be people. Treating them less than that is a travesty, and any more than that is a delusion. Ah crap. I've done it again. Sorry about this. I have a very nasty habit of running off with tangents when I'm trying to talk about something.
Long story short, Quit the negativity. It makes life much worse than it already is.
