#6555 I understand the logic of saying a drunk person can't consent to sex, but I think it can get dangerous very fast. It can lead to a person (more often than not, a woman) calling rape on her drunk mistake, even if both parties were intoxicated. This can, and has, gotten innocent people in serious trouble.
