#6886 I don't want to die alone. I don't want to die with regrets. I want to be remembered. But I know that will never happen.

#6885 I'd really like to hear from someone who saw what happened. It must have been nuts to be in that classroom

#6883 My question is how the hell did FOX hear about the reports of the shooting at P.Vill so fast?!? Are they signed up for Purdue emails and texts or what?
On another note: Thank God it was false alarm.

#6882 My friends and I decided to have a movie night this weekend. So we were trying to decide what to watch and this guy keep suggesting Tyler Perry movies. I said "I don't like Tyler Perry movies" and he just looked at me. The group got quiet. I knew what they were thinking so I just said it, "yes I'm black and no I don't like Tyler Perry.. or Beyonce, Kanye, Drake, Oprah, Jay-Z..etc" They all looked at each other like they are waiting for someone to speak first and I just laughed! Like chill out guys. Why so serious? hahah

#6881 TO THE GIRL WHO WANTS TO BE A SUGAR BABY:
Speaking honestly as someone who has gone that route, don't. It's not a relationship. You're an object. On top of that, finding a real daddy is difficult- there are a lot of fakes out there. I wouldn't necessarily say I regret anything I've done, but it's not something I'm proud of or would ever do again. Money can be earned other ways. I know the idea is romantic and sounds amazing- getting paid to have sex?!- but, at least in my experience, the emotional and psychological aftermath of being a Sugar Baby isn't worth it. It's your decision though- if you're still interested in that lifestyle, BACKGROUND CHECKS, BACKGROUND CHECKS, BACKGROUND CHECKS. Any potential SD is also a potential rapist/murderer. Be safe! That is the
#1 rule. And ALWAYS talk money before committing physically. Think it through... make sure it's something you won't regret, or that won't come back to haunt you in the future. Good luck!

#6880 It annoys me that people call it "overreact" when students complain about their professors responding to the shooting inappropriately. What if it was your kid that was in one of those unlocked classrooms? What if it was you that was held in a lecture hall while the university texted you to get sheltered? Those professors have been trained on how to handle emergent situations, and they all have an Emergency section in their course descriptions. Being a teacher means you must be responsible and smart enough to gauge dangerous situations. We are lucky that the shooting was individual and deliberate, otherwise, the vigil last night would be for much more people. Save your sympathy, saying let's just give them a chance doesn't mean you are a nicer person. We survived the shooting yesterday doesnt guarantee anything, unless the university gets a better training system and teaches the professors how to qualify in a "good teacher" category.
