There’s a point to letting people in- it truly does bring enjoyment and everlasting fulfillment. But where is that strong, confident person I used to know? Shouldn’t we grow stronger, like a tree- the roots of our experiences deepening in the soil of our lives? Now I stumble trying to dodge the rubble of my own walls that tumble towards me. Is this maturity? Is this wisdom? Humility? I’ve come to care too much, love too deeply, and hope too easily…

#7265 I saw this girl today in front of the union. She was really tall and and so incredibly beautiful. Dark blue jeans, ugh boots and a fake fur hooded coat. She was about an inch taller than me, and I'm 6'1. We got on the same bus and I sat in front of her. She smiled at me and I really wish I had said hello.
