#7890 I find black culture absolutely fascinating, from Eddie Murphy's stand up comedy to Marvin Gaye and the single best love making music around to Tupac too Jackie Robinson and African Americans in sports, it's such a rich and interesting culture.... but I'm white, and therein lies the problem. I cannot talk to fellow Caucasians about black culture because they are either too ignorant or too judgemental, of both the culture and/or me for liking the culture, and I cannot talk to Blacks about it because they dismiss me for one reason or another, either I can't possibly be in touch with black culture, I'm too ignorant to appreciate it, or they don't want "a white boy" being involved in "their" culture... so i guess I'll just sit here alone trying to appreciate Tyler Perry movies and listening to Motown music by myself
